DMFlow ("we", "us") provides Instagram comment-to-DM automation. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account info you provide (email) to create your DMFlow account.
- Instagram authorization tokens for accounts you connect (stored encrypted).
- Public comment data on your own posts (commenter ID/username, comment text) needed to trigger and send automated replies.
- Operational logs of messages sent, for analytics and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service you configure: matching comments to your automation rules and sending the DM replies you set up. We do not sell personal data.
Data deletion
You can disconnect an Instagram account or delete your workspace at any time, which removes the associated tokens and data. To request deletion, see our data deletion page or email the address below.
